Pod Lead Registered Veterinary Nurse - Highgate
HelloVet - Brand new beautiful practice in North London
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated leader of Veterinary Nurses to join the founding clinical team of a new veterinary group that is trying to do things differently.
You will enjoy a varied role providing high quality patient and owner focussed care in a brand new, bespoke, spacious and beautifully designed clinic. You will play a key part in creating a new type of veterinary practice, where technology and design are utilised to facilitate practice efficiency, effectiveness and ease of access for clients and patients
You will be responsible for leading (by example) a team to deliver exceptional clinical nursing care / client care in conjunction with our dynamic and experienced team. In this unique role your skills and knowledge will be utilised fully through a combination leadership, clinical nursing (including Schedule 3) and nurse consultations. We offer a high RVN to Vet ratio to ensure clinical nursing is optimised.
We are using cutting edge technology to offer pets and their people something different, for instance RVN led whatsapp advice/Triage. This has been taken very well with clients and ensures the client is supported and given the relevant information when they need it.
We are very patient focused and have achieved Silver Cat Friendly and Dog friendly status already, and in process of PSS GP status.
We’re so proud of our amazing team and the outstanding care we have already delivered. Check out our Google reviews!. For us, it’s not just about taking care of the animals; it’s also about taking care of each other and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We believe in fostering a supportive environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and encouraged to grow and flourish, and this is achieved by looking out for one another and celebrating each other's successes.
Our clinics are purpose-built to facilitate best-in-class care, catering for the needs of the veterinary team just as much as pets and owners. With a deep commitment to our people and technology-forward approach, we’re building the next generation of general practice veterinary care.
